Flowers yellow to white, June to August.
A good border plant, flowering through the summer
and useful for cutting. Plant roots in autumn
and give the ordinary perennial treatment, with
a top-dressing after the stems have been cleared
off for the winter.
Anthemis tinctoria is the old well-known variety;
there are newer kinds – grandiflora and
Kelwayi – with rather larger and more brightly
